PACKAGES AT COLEMAN

One of the highlights of every day at Camp Coleman is mail call! Whether it’s a handwritten note from home or a thoughtful email from family and friends, hearing your name called during mail distribution is always a special moment for campers.

To help ensure that mail is delivered efficiently and safely, we ask families to review the following guidelines before sending letters and packages to camp.

Sending Traditional Mail

Campers love receiving letters, postcards, drawings, and notes from home. If you plan to send physical mail to your camper, please note that only flat envelopes measuring up to 9″ x 12″ can be accepted through our mail system.

Please do not send:

• Padded envelopes

• Bubble mailers

• Packages

• Boxes

• Large or bulky items

Sending Email Through Camp

Families can also stay connected by sending emails through our camp communication system.

We’re excited to share that there is no cost to send or receive emails this summer! Families may send messages to campers free of charge, making it easier than ever to stay connected throughout the session.

The only fees associated with camper email are for optional add-ons, such as:

• Photos

• Sudoku puzzles

• Other premium message enhancements

Standard email messages can be sent and received at no cost.
