This week in Kochavim was one big adventure — full of laughs, teamwork, and camper-led moments that reminded us what Coleman Magic is all about.

The biggest hit? Wacky Olympics! Campers jumped into the silliness headfirst, with events like Gaga tournaments, pool noodle javelin throws, and the ever-hilarious egg-and-spoon race. There were cheers, dramatic finishes, and enough face paint to qualify as a full-on color war. Every bunk gave it their all, and the spirit was contagious.

But our favorite part of the week wasn’t just the games — it was the way Kochavim campers stepped up to take care of one another and the world around them. On trip day at Lake Lanier, a group of Kochavim boys noticed the waterfront needed tidying. Without being asked, they helped gather and clean up all the tubes. It was a quiet but powerful example of leadership, kindness, and kehillah (community).

With every day, Kochavim campers are growing more connected, more confident, and more ready to make their mark. We’re so proud of how they’ve started this session — and we can’t wait to see what comes next.
