HOW TO REGISTER USING CAMPINTOUCH

Thank you for your patience with the delayed registration opening due to Hurricane Irma.

Registration for returning Coleman families is now open- please check your email for the link.

Registration for new Coleman families will open on Monday, October 9th.

CampInTouch is our secure registration system. You must complete the registration process in one session. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You will not be able to save and restart an online application later.

Before you begin, make sure you:

  • Have your Visa or MasterCard, if paying online
  • Know the session(s) you want to register for (see the Programs and Sessions page for more information)

RETURNING FAMILIES
You already have a CampInTouch account if you registered for Camp 2015 or 2016, viewed summer 2015 or 2016 pictures or sent camper emails. Use your CampInTouch login to register a new camper or a returning camper. (If you don’t remember your login, click “Retrieve/SetPassword” on the login page to recover it.)

NEW FAMILIES
Click the 'Begin your Application' button – and then create a new account with your email and a password of your choice.

Please make sure to save your login information for future use!

After registering your first child and reach the final “Application Submitted” screen, click the “Begin New Application” link. All the information for your first child will be saved as you begin the application for your next child.

The application will assign the person completing the online form as “Primary” parent/guardian and this person will have the main login for the account. You can add additional parents/guardian contact information and email addresses to the account, but the camp will consider the “Primary” person as the main point of contact by default.

PAYING A DEPOSIT
You will need to pay a deposit of $400 per session, per child for summer camp. We can process Visa or MasterCard payments, and deposits need to be received before enrollment can be confirmed.

PAYING SUMMER CAMP BALANCE- NEW PAYMENT DATES
After your application is accepted, all fees are due by May 1, 2017. To assist in paying your camp balance in a timely fashion, we offer multiple payment options to best suit your needs. The payment plans are as follows:

One payment by credit card NOW: I agree to allow the URJ to charge my credit card the full tuition within a week of registration.

Two installments by credit card: I agree to allow the URJ to automatically the credit card selected in two payments on February 1, 2017 and May 1, 2017.

Pay by Check: I agree to pay in full by May 1. Camp will send me electronic statements with 1/2 the payment due February 1, 2017 and the final balance on May 1, 2017. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE- You may go online at any time through your campintouch account to make payments to your balance.

Please check your spam folder following registration if you do not receive a confirmation of application. You will receive notification of enrollment status within a week of applying
