What is the INclusion fellowship?

  1. Monthly trainings January through May for an hour on Zoom
    1. Topics for the fellowship will include but not limited to:
      1. What does it mean to be inclusive?
      2. How to work with neurodivergent campers
      3. Social inclusion
      4. Proactive Strategies
        1. Approach to Behavior Management
        2. Campers and Conflict – Being a refereee
        3. Back Pocket Games
  2. All staff 2nd year or more are eligible for this fellowship
  3. Must work both sessions at camp 
  4. $300 for completing the fellowship 
  5. $300 full summer completion bonus

What is the Cornerstone fellowship?

  1. Meeting once in March and April for an hour on Zoom
  2. One in-person, 4-day, mandatory conference held at Capital Camps on May 18-21, 2025
    1. Conference run by the Foundation for Jewish Camps (FJC)
      1. Choose a track
      2. Participate in electives
      3. Learn from and collaborate with many other camps.
      4. Create a network and learn from staff from other camps 
  3. Create a group and individual Cornerstone project
  4. Weekly meeting with the cohort during camp
  5. Must work both sessions
  6. $500 for completing fellowship
  7. $300 full summer completion bonus

Full Summer Bonus

For summer 2025, we are offering a $300 bonus for working the entire summer.


Referral Bonus 

**For each staff member you refer to work at camp, you can be eligible for ONE of these bonus’**

General NEW Staff (has never worked at Coleman):
$250 bonus per session

They must put your name when applying for how they heard about Coleman

 

Former Coleman Camper (did not participate in NFTY in Israel or Machon):
$100 bonus per session

They must put your name when applying for how they heard about Coleman

 

Former Staff Member:
$50 bonus per session 

Must say they are coming back because you reached out to them
