- Topics for the fellowship will include but not limited to:
- What does it mean to be inclusive?
- How to work with neurodivergent campers
- Social inclusion
- Proactive Strategies
- Approach to Behavior Management
- Campers and Conflict – Being a refereee
- Back Pocket Games
- Topics for the fellowship will include but not limited to:
- All staff 2nd year or more are eligible for this fellowship
- Must work both sessions at camp
- $300 for completing the fellowship
- $300 full summer completion bonus

What is the Cornerstone fellowship?
- Meeting once in March and April for an hour on Zoom
- One in-person, 4-day, mandatory conference held at Capital Camps on May 18-21, 2025
- Conference run by the Foundation for Jewish Camps (FJC)
- Choose a track
- Participate in electives
- Learn from and collaborate with many other camps.
- Create a network and learn from staff from other camps
- Conference run by the Foundation for Jewish Camps (FJC)
- Create a group and individual Cornerstone project
- Weekly meeting with the cohort during camp
- Must work both sessions
- $500 for completing fellowship
- $300 full summer completion bonus

Full Summer Bonus
For summer 2025, we are offering a $300 bonus for working the entire summer.
Referral Bonus
**For each staff member you refer to work at camp, you can be eligible for ONE of these bonus’**
General NEW Staff (has never worked at Coleman):
$250 bonus per session
They must put your name when applying for how they heard about Coleman
Former Coleman Camper (did not participate in NFTY in Israel or Machon):
$100 bonus per session
They must put your name when applying for how they heard about Coleman
Former Staff Member:
$50 bonus per session
Must say they are coming back because you reached out to them
