Our staff are the heart of Coleman, and caring for them is just as important as the work they do. From nightly staff-only programs to day trips and surprise treats (yes, including Waffle House runs and sushi night!), we make sure they have space to recharge, connect, and feel appreciated. Because when our staff feel supported, they can keep creating the Coleman magic we all love.

The Nachshonim brought the creativity this week with silly Shark Tank pitches, original values-based rap battles, and even choreographed counselor hugs. When a surprise rainstorm rolled in, they made the most of their time indoors with games, laughter, and connection.

From beady babies to woodburning, Omanut was bursting with creativity this week! Campers explored ceramics, wire jewelry, mosaics, and more—supporting and inspiring each other to try new things and make a beautiful mess.
