This week, Kesher showed up—with energy, heart, and a serious sense of connection. Coming off the excitement of Despicable MAC, our campers carried that momentum into the rest of the week. Even though the competitions are behind us, the impact still lingers. Kesher gave it their all and took pride in knowing two of their own staff were helping lead the charge.
Back in the cabin, the spirit of community didn’t fade. We saw campers jump in to cover nikayon jobs for bunkmates spending time in the health center—no fanfare, just genuine support. It’s that kind of quiet leadership that makes this group special.
Kesher also made waves during Yom Kehilah, when they stepped up to lead a meaningful call beautification service project. Organized by a Kesher staff member and carried out entirely by Kesher campers, it was a powerful example of leadership, initiative, and care for the greater camp community.
